Tastes Like Food

Part of the series of weird food, this citrus fruit was found at Whole Foods:

It looks somewhat out of place next to the grapefruits, oranges and pears! Supposedly, Buddha’s Hand is one of the oldest citrus fruits from Asia, this fruit is used only for the zest and it’s strong fragrant aroma — and there is a lot of zest!
