Tastes Like Food

This unique dessert was the brainchild of my partner. The ingredients are blue jello and gummi bears — hence (Gummy) Bears Swimming (in Jell0).

The result is super sweet sugary goodness. It was a fascinating experiment, the bears got all puffed up and bloated, and the whole thing jiggled when shaken (a bunch of Care Bears lost at sea).

Another way to make this would be to use fish (like Swedish Fish) in blue jello. This is a dessert probably best for kids, since it’s so funky and fun and crazy sweet.
