I had mahi mahi on Costco cedar planks last night and had a reaction. I too am a celiac and confirm Dave Domjan's experience.

I've cooked salmon with the cedar planks from Costco (Canada) and both times I've had a celiac reaction that's lasted about 4 days. Everything was prepared exactly the same as many, many salmon BBQs in the past without any reactions. I was extremely careful with soaking the planks as well. My first reaction was about a month ago and I just assumed there was some accidental cross contimination and never thought anything of it (reactions are very rare these days thanks to my wonderful wife!). And then, sure enough I'm just getting over a 2nd consecutive reaction to the exact same cedar plank salmon meal. Anyone else had this issue with the cedar planks from Costco? I'm very sensitive to gluten.
