Top Chef fans unite! Your Wednesdays can now serve their official purpose!! Top Chef Wednesdays!!
Season 4 of Top Chef premieres tomorrow on Bravo! Taking place this season in the beautiful (windy) city of Chicago, it is sure to be a treat for the eyes as well as the palate. I can not wait to see the challenges this season! Some of my favorites from previous seasons include: the color challenge, the seven deadly sins challenge, and the airplane food challenge. Don’t miss out on (guest judge) Anthony Bourdain’s comments i.e. “this tastes like doll head.” I’m telling you, this is a reality/elimination show that is worth your time! But remember, it might be a good idea to plan your Wednesdays dinner menu in advance, if not, you may end up with drool stains on your couch.

Top Chef was not to be confused with The Biggest Loser in the season opener. The judges (and yours truly) were un-impressed at the chefs ability to create a signature deep-dish pizza and proceeded to play a heads up poker game of cooking in the kitchen. Ultimately they informed Nimma “your fired”… oops wrong reality show… This show begs for a scratch and sniff/eat television to be invented… The only entertaining part in my opinion was the extremely annoying “wannabe” chefs this season. Thank god Nimma was the first to go, I can now continue to watch the show and not want to throw my remote at her face. Check out the entire episode on youtube, at least then you can pull your laptop in the kitchen and not waste a complete hour of your time in front of the tv:
