Easy to make and flavorful.
Ingredients:
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1/3 lemon
- 1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans
- olive oil
- salt
Directions:
- Remove garlic skin.
- Add garlic, splash or three of olive oil and beans to food processor.
- Squeeze lemon juice out of lemon and add to processor.
- Puree.
- Add more oil if needed, scraping off food processor sides to make sure all the beans and garlic are pureed.
- Add salt to taste.
Serve with warmed slice pita bread or quartered carrots.

Nope. But the hummus is pretty potent.
Someone had some that I made, and these were her comments: “I had to use Listerine like twice to get the garlic taste out of my mouth… But I want to eat some more right now.”
To sum up: don’t eat this just before a job interview or date.
